Picked up two new cookbooks called “The Sneaky Chef” http://www.thesneakychef.com/ one is for kids and the other is for adults (namely picky men who would rather eat a picture of broccoli than the actual vegatable).
Tried out a few recipes on the fam today and things went over mostly well!!

Wow! I can’t believe it!!! It’s over and I am BEAT!!!
So here are my results last year vs this year…
Swim- 15:40/14:57 (-43 sec)
T1- 4:40/3:14 (-1:26)
Bike- 50:34/46:58 (-3:32)
T2- 1:28/1:43 (+15 sec)
Run- 49:06/44:37 (-4:29)
Overall- 2:01:30/1:51:27 (-10:03)
Even though I finished 10 min faster, there is much room for improvement…So on to the details if you’re interested…
